the HARD truths.

Yos peeps! Went for the last session of SOL 1 ytd! I've got this thing which I wanna share with you guys! I find it pretty interesting and IMPORTANT!
Learnt quite a lot of things about relationships. Now I know why TIME is so important! & I guess i'm not gonna rush into it anymore.

There are a lot of different stages before you enter into a courtship with someone.
Casual friendship (friendships with both gender) --> Exploratory Friendship (Intention to know the opp gender better w/o the pressure of a commitment) --> Courtship (Intention of developing a relationship to the point where both parties are ready to consider "working towards marriage."

Note: It's better NOT to go out one to one when it is only casual friendship. (go out as a group.)
1. it'll cause misunderstanding between outsiders thinking that there's something going on.
2. A high possibility that the girl will think that the guy is LEADING her on.
3. You can't see the flaws because the guy or girl has a possibility of putting on their best behaviors.
After a breakup, allow yourself time to heal your broken heart. (6 months-1 year)...this is to guard your heart. After a breakup, your heart will definitely feel empty. If you didn't allow it to heal, you can't give your whole heart to another person.
Never have any contact with your EX!!! If you still do, there is a tendency for you to compare your current bf and your ex. Then you will never give your whole heart to your current bf. Since you have broken up, what's there to be in contact with?

Next, I also learnt about sexual purity...
Hard Truth #1 -- Guys can have sex with girls WITHOUT having any emotions/ feeling guilty. This is because they commit themselves physically before emotionally. While girls commit emotionally first before physically.
Hard Truth #2 -- Guys get turned on by SIGHT. (girls, don't reveal tooooo much!)
Hard Truth #3 -- Both genders get turned on by TOUCH.
Hard Truth #4 -- If a guy really loves you, HE WILL WAIT until the day of marriage! (If you give it to him, both parties will have a tendency to compare whose better in bed.)
Lastly, girls, NEVER confess to a guy! NEVER means NEVER. If a guy likes you but doesn't have the guts to tell ya, it's time to say BYEBYE!
