His dream.

Hmmm...it's been a few days since i've blogged i guess. I've been rather busy with studying and some church stuff and totally got no mood to blog.
Anws, i'm back! This time i'm bringing more things to share! (:
Woke up @ 6 plus today cos i need to reach Expo by 8:15am to attend the volunteer cos i'm serving in GKidz David's Club! (all the 3 yr olds) (: Next week getting my jacket! Woohoo! (:
Before the service starts, they played a song "Your Name." It is the song which i sang during my women's encounter. I was reminded of my encounter weekends. Touched.
During today's service, Pastor Melvin Mak talked about "Dare to Dream."
There are 2 things which we need to do:
  1. Attitude of forgiveness-the grace of forgiveness.
  2. Attitude of fruitfulness-the gracefulness of faith.
He has mentioned other things too. Some of it which i find that it applies to a lot of people. He said..."If you keep thinking about the past, you will have no idea about your future."
Many a times, people are not willing to take a step of faith. Eg: If only I didnt do this. then we would be good friends now. Typical eg right? If you cont to have this thinking, you'll never step out of it & you'll never know your future! I feel that we should think positively! If you did that something in the past (following my eg.), then don't do it in the future! We just need to step out in faith!
& acc. to Ps MM: Forgetfulness is not about poor memory. It just means that the past doesn't affect us. Agree?
Anws, talking about doing things. An example here. When your friend gets into the Director's list, to her, it's something which is attainable and it's easy. But to you, never attained it before, you wanna get into it but you find it hard. Because of the fact that you have never attained it, you dont know the feeling and dont understand the process so to you it may seem hard. but if you are willing to take that step of faith, you CAN do it too!!
Then after the GKidz thingy, i went for the A.R.I.S.E thingy with my cell sisters. It's basically ermmms...to worship God. then the lady (Cathe) who founded A.R.I.S.E shared a short yet powerful message. Hearing it, i began to tear. It was about that day when Jesus was on the cross with 2 other criminals. & one of the criminals said to Jesus.
Criminal A: "If you are Christ, then free yourself from the cross and free us too." Then criminal B said to criminal A: "Do you know who he is, he is Christ. We are punished because we deserve it! We have sinned! But Jesus Christ, who is sinless, is put to the cross to redeem us!"
Criminal B said to Jesus: "Christ, will you let me join you in paradise or something liddat."& Jesus said Yes.
I just find that it's so powerful. Jesus Christ, a sinless person, came down from heaven to earth to carry our sins so that we will be saved and redeemed! Sometimes i wonder why i didn't get to accept Christ as my personal Lord & Saviour earlier. but i'm glad He found me. It's better late than NEVER.

"God, in everything i do, i want to glorify You."
