Now I understand why God created me with long legs, put me into a house which is a bit far from the MRT station. This is because every time when I feel unhappy or annoyed, I can either use the journey home to think through, if not, I will walk very fast back home...this way, I can exercise and thus, sweat. Therefore, I will feel much better when I sweat it out.
